I wrap and send my handmade designs to you so you have them within 1-4 business days. You will receive an email when the package is shipped.
In the event of sales or various events / holidays, there may be a longer delivery time, which will be announced in advance.

Your package is sent insured with DAO. I only ship to Denmark - every day of the week. Be aware that for various reasons, your package may not be delivered directly to your home, but sent to a parcel shop instead.
Return and right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs from the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
To enforce the right of withdrawal, you must contact me by e-mail or via a clear statement. the contact form, with the message that you regret your purchase. You must provide your order number, name, e-mail, address, telephone number and reason for cancellation. From the time the cancellation is confirmed by email by me, the shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after.
Buyer covers the cost of return shipping. Since I do not offer to buy the return shipment directly through my website yet, you can buy your shipment with DAO here. Select 'private' in the 'to' field as I work from my home address.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way in which it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store. Price tags must remain on the clothing.
If the item has been tested in addition to that described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the item when I receive the return. To receive the entire purchase amount back, you must try out the item without actually using it.
You bear the risk of the item from the item has been delivered to you, and upon return you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item.
If you want to exchange the item for a different design or a different size, then just like when returning, send a clear statement to me by e-mail or via. the contact form, with the message that you would like to exchange your purchase and give me your information (order number, name, address, phone, number and e-mail). You must go in and order the new item yourself. In case of exchange, you cover the cost of return shipping, but I will send the newly exchanged item to you free of charge.

Refund of the purchase price
Upon return, the purchase price will be refunded to the card used when ordering.
There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act and you can choose to have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage committed by incorrect handling of the clothes. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the reason for the complaint - here reasonable time is considered to be a maximum of 1 month.
If the complaint is justified, I will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
